Merchandise may be returned for either store credit or a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packing materials and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.
Please make sure that items are well packed in the same manner they were received. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the shipment, Bettysport will contact you by email to confirm your refund/ store credit.
Special orders are not cancelable and are not returnable, either for credit or refund. Sale items are final sale.
